Pattern Mirror

Pattern Mirror is a lightweight reflection tool. People answer a small set of questions about how they prefer to communicate, decide, give feedback, and handle disagreement. Profiles can then be placed in the same frame and compared. The output is not a label or a score; it is a picture of the differences, drawn at a level of detail that people can actually talk about.

It is for working life, not therapy. Pattern Mirror is built for the everyday friction of getting things done together. Standups that drag, feedback that lands wrong, meetings where one person leaves energised and the other depleted. It is not a clinical instrument and is not pitched as one.

Responsible framing

This prototype runs locally in your browser. It does not store or send your answers anywhere except your own device.

It does not infer medical, psychological or protected characteristics. It turns self-reported preferences and communication examples into a practical working profile. Use it at your own discretion and responsibility.

Getting started

  1. Fill in your profile and slide the dimension questions below.
  2. Generate your shareable summary.
  3. Add a person you want to communicate better with.
  4. File optional interaction notes under them and let AI surface reflective summaries.

About you

How you describe yourself today. We'll surface the key signals on your shareable summary.

Private context

Only you and the AI see this. It informs your summary but is never quoted, surfaced, or shared.

Reflection questions

Slide each one to where it lands today. Not who you are. What you reported.

Reset everything

Wipe your profile, all three person slots, and all notes from this device. There is no undo.

Compare

Place two or three readings side by side. The picture, not the verdict.
